1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Mad Engineering workspace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.

2. Service Description

Mad Engineering provides a property intelligence workspace for parcel inspection, site analysis, and due-diligence reporting across Florida counties. The platform includes property documentation tools that allow users to claim properties, create room inventories, and generate shareable reports.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Property Data

Property records, parcel data, and assessment information displayed in the workspace are sourced from public county records and third-party data providers. Mad Engineering does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property data. All property information should be independently verified before making decisions.

5. User Content

Property claims, room inventories, photos, and other content you create remain your intellectual property. By using the platform, you grant Mad Engineering a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for illegal purposes, to infringe on others' rights, to submit false property claims, or to circumvent security controls. Automated access or scraping is prohibited without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mad Engineering is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on property data displayed in the workspace.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Charlotte County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
